Mixing and Painting Greens in Watercolor

Join Linda for a deep exploration in how to mix an array of greens to enhance your watercolors. There is a bit of science to it that once you learn it you can mix greens with more confidence. Pre-mixed greens out of the tube have their place but can be a distracting and overtake your work.
Our subjects will be from life using leaves, fruits, and vegetables.
Painting Gourds in Watercolor

Get in the Fall spirit and spend the day painting seasonal gourds in watercolor. The shapes, textures and design of gourds are the perfect subjects for watercolor. Hone your drawing and painting skills working from a variety of real gourds.
Pinecones in Watercolor

Pinecones are such a seasonal iconic image. Drawing them involves learning about the Fibonacci spiral and painting them in watercolors helps you learn how to create tester and form. Join Linda for a bit of Holiday spirit as we draw and paint local pinecones for the day.
About the Instructor – Linda Warner Constantino
Linda is a long time Low Country artist and taught illustration and watercolor painting at SCAD in Savannah for almost 20 years and previously was a graphic designer at the Island Packet. She is dedicated to watercolors, both botanical and plein-air painting. She also teaches watercolor workshops in Tuscany each year at a working organic farm and recently designed and illustrated an Italian cookbook.
She is the owner of Linda Warner Constantino Art & Design on Hilton Head Island and her paintings are on exhibit at Four Corners Fine Art & Framing Gallery in Bluffton.
